Common questions

What power does the My Forno oven require?

The oven runs on single-phase 240V AC, similar to a standard domestic electric oven or dryer.

Do I need an electrician to hook it up?

We recommend hiring an electrician to wire and install the oven. A 20A dedicated circuit is recommended, along with a standard NEMA 6-20 receptacle. The oven comes with a NEMA 6-20P plug attached.

Is the My Forno oven considered commercial equipment?

The oven is suitable for both domestic and light commercial use.

How will my oven be delivered?

The oven will arrive in a crate and be delivered by liftgate common courier to your curbside.

Does the oven require a plumbing connection?

No. Our semi-automatic steam system is filled by you — open the steam chamber door and pour water in to fill the chamber and steam the decks.

What warranty does the oven come with?

The My Forno oven comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers all parts with the exception of light bulbs.

Can I remove the stones to move it?

Yes. The oven is 320 lbs with the stones fitted and 235 lbs with them removed, which makes installation and relocation much easier.

Where do spare parts come from?

Spare parts and service are arranged through us — email your serial number and the part you need and we will confirm availability, price and lead time.
